Over the last 35 years we have witnessed the multifamily industry go through considerable metamorphosis from a tertiary asset class to arguably the most desirable and stable institutional real estate investment class. During this time, Florida Capital has developed through multiple real estate cycles and understands the tremendous upside opportunities which can be created, but also how to mitigate risks associated with developing real estate. Our thesis is simple. We believe developing and owning quality multifamily real estate creates significant value over time. Our strategy is to lean into this conviction while mitigating short term market fluctuations.
